The location is ideal, close to the airport and a short walk to the hot spring. Vouchers were given for the new hot spring next to the hotel. The outdoor hot spring is amazing. Restaurants are conveniently located nearby, just a 5-minute drive. The staff is professional and helpful, offering great service. The room includes a free visit to the onsen and spa center next door, a great bonus. The hotel also has its own indoor onsen hot spring. The Japanese dinner served is of high quality. Breakfast is good.

The hotel provided a private onsen and there was an option to visit a public onsen nearby. there was a good view from the top floor rooms, and the breakfast included both western and Japanese options.
The location was quite far from the city center and the public transport was not convenient, making it difficult for those who are not driving. there were noise issues in some parts of the hotel, particularly for those with rooms closer to families with young children.

The onsen was fantastic, offering both indoor and outdoor experiences. the Japanese breakfast provided was a delightful and well-presented addition to the stay. Location-wise, it was close to a great shopping center and only a short drive away from popular tourist attractions.
The room was somewhat outdated, lacking modern amenities. there was only one restaurant on the property, which meant having to venture out for other dining options.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located, being only a short drive away from the airport and the local restaurants. The onsen hot spring both inside and outside the hotel is fantastic, and I even got vouchers for a new hot spring nearby. The Japanese dinner was of the highest quality and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Couldn't stay longer.
